3D Modeling and Rendering
As we improve the tools to communicate design and construction to our clients, we utilize technology to generate 3D model representations, transitioning ideas once thought intangible to a designer, and vague to a client, to concrete form and function. 
We also offer 3D rendering as a service to companies and individuals looking to put a picture to their plans, to market their venture, and/or to recreate an existing composition for either a restoration, renovation or retrofit.


ENERGY STAR for New Homes  - Builder/Evaluator                                                           
As an ENERGY STAR Participant, HDD is the easy choice for creating you a new home.  Our goal is to make each house designed by HDD an Energy Star qualified home, giving the homeowner peace of mind, lower energy consumption costs, and the means to contribute to climate change.  ENERGY STAR qualified homes are about 25% more energy efficient than those built to minimum building code standards.

LEED Canada for Homes Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design.
HDD hopes to incorporate LEED Canada for Homes in the design phase for those who want to take building green to a new level.  Achieving the certification of LEED Silver, Gold, or Platinum is highly rewarding. The road to energy independence, economic recovery, and reductions in GHG emissions runs through the building sector.

LEED Canada for Homes is an initiative designed to promote the transformation of the mainstream homebuilding industry toward more sustainable practices.  LEED Canada for Homes is targeting the top 25% of new homes with best practiced environmental features.  LEED Canada for Homes is a collaborative initiative that actively works with all sectors of the home building industry.


Green Building/Construction
